The product nCalendula contains calendula oil and shea butter combined in lipid nanoparticles with an average size of 200 nm. Calendula oil is obtained from the flowers of the Calendula officinalis L. plant and exhibits anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiseptic, and emollient properties. It also has a healing effect in the treatment of wounds, burns, and skin cracks. Shea butter is an excellent emollient with anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. The nanometric size allows for better penetration of the actives into the skin and animal fur, increasing their effectiveness and forming a protective and moisturizing layer at the application site.
Usage Recommendations: For external veterinary use. Shampoos, sprays, creams, balms, and lotions (1 – 10%).
